During a cleaning appointment, Executive Clean Team may take photographs or videos of specific areas of a property to document its condition, record work performed, support quality control, resolve service questions, or create cleaning related content. We will not intentionally capture personal documents, financial information, family photographs, security codes, keys, or other sensitive details that could compromise a customer's privacy or safety. We make reasonable efforts to frame recordings around the relevant area and avoid capturing people or identifiable personal belongings.

Photos or videos intended for public marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional content will not be published without separate customer permission. Booking a cleaning service does not automatically authorize publication of images or videos of the property. Recordings may be accessed by authorized personnel and retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, subject to applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements. Customers may contact us with questions or requests concerning property images or recordings.

We do not sell your personal information.
